Fortunately, I was having a restore point autosaved already date back to when some severe malware attacked into my PC browsers, might be residing in registry keys. I tried everything before restoring PC but nothing worked, either if it's
a. reinstalling Chrome (stuck installation, then did it with standalone offline installer, but then also couldn't get rid of that "managed by organisation" thing and of that "service unavailable...." upon Sign in to Google) or,
b. clean up computer (Chrome settings option, failed repeatedly, ohh that crappy malware 😒) or,
c. updating Chrome (not worked, ended with error code 7) or,
Note: Due to this malware, Windows update failed too.
But one thing I found that Windows Defender's scan exclusion list wasn't empty too when this malware was remotely injected into my system and those process/file shown in that list were unable to remove. Even MalwareBytes hadn't traced any suspicious malware running which is again shocked me. Don't know what type of malware was there which caused such a havoc (untraceable by Antimalware software).
So hopefully due to that restore point, all things are retained back finally 😌 phew...!!!.
But still if someone doesn't have such restore point already then that can be a very hectic situation. Such people might have to reformat their system (everything reset back, reinstall OS). So this can be go very costly for them. Otherwise, if there's no restore point, it seems there is no way to resolve this issue as I have observed until now but to Reinstall/Reset OS only.
